Do you think real love can last throughout any distance, or will long distance end most relationships?
Submitted by Miss Joy.
This, real love; must be felt between two people and not one person feeling love and the other not sure what is felt. True love must be practiced and desired even by men! Obtaining true love often causes hurt most of the time, due to our trial and error and inexperience. We think that we will, get it right this time because we learned from our last mistake. We all hurt one another looking for this true love. You embark on a new relationship, things are going well and a year later regret, hate and confict can ruin a Romeo or Juliet. Most real love is acheived by communication and physical interaction( Quality time). Long distance relationships usually don't come close. This is a very sexual age for the most part. Women want love and their socks knocked off. Men want a lay. Sexual frustration? Long distant relationships work better if you are virgins.
I am a LOST PLANET junkie. I blew off the campaign and play it mostly online. My tag is SQZINATOR. What's yours. The same with nintendo wii. even though i have not sent out my miis, i would like to meet others.
I would most definately relive child-hood from birth to about age 10. I have children, and the information and overwhelming options that they have at their disposal makes me happy to give be able to give and teach to them that which was not even an option to me. For instance: I have my 4 year old on the computer. My 3 and 4 year old sons both have V-smiles, and Leapsters( educational handheld game that mimic video gaming , but educational). Both of them are allowed to use my digital cameras for their own photography ventures and they both know how to use them as well as other relatives cameras when they come around. To be 3 and 4 they are very familiar with the technologies and their basic uses and they have hands on experience everyday that I wasn't exposed to until about 15 years into my life.
How did you pick your Vox name? Does it mean something?
Submitted by LeendaDLL.
SQZINATOR which is my Vox name is my name across any board. It took a long time and a few transformations to get to it. I've had SQZINATOR for over 5 years now, and here is how it started. One of my favorite hobbies in 1980 was grafitti and I had a grafitti name that I can't remember. I used to make grafitti for my friends, especially the girls. i was also known for my affectionate big warming hugs to the girls. One started calling me SQUEEZE. As SQUEEZE became my grafitti name thename also became my DJ name since I didn't have one when I DJayed house parties. DJ SQUEEZE is what over at least 1,000 people in Pittsburgh know me as still. After being in music production after the boredom of DJaying DJ SQUEEZE carried on until I lost the taste for the name because 1. My group disassembled and as an independant artist I wanted something new, but still familiar to those who knew me 2. I needed a name that also tied in all of my talents( music, art, cuisine, alias, and my comic alter ego). and 3. there is a old band named SQUEEZE, there was a NY rapper named SQUEEZE, and with age the name was just too warm and fuzzy inside. As a Sci-Fi fan I had wanted to change my rap name( of non disrespectful lyrics, I do have morals) into Terminator because I love Terminator flicks as it combines sci-fi with good visual animation, but it was too much of a bite. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.......... sometime in 2000 I decided to go with SQZINATOR. SQZ(being my favorite 3 letters in SQUEEZE to grafitti as was also SQUEEZE's nickname(SQZ)+TERMINATOR-TERM=SQZINATOR. This one is here to stay. SQZINATOR in 5 years is on more material and represents more of me than SQUEEZE was able to in 20 years. My friends still call me SQUEEZE though.
This is a similar to an RPG, but x10. You can actually build the objects that you use in the game. As I post new picts I will show how fun the game is. For those of you who have art talent, this is a game that can benefit your talent. When you are in Second Life, you can contact others that are on your friends list as well as meet new people from around the world. Think of it as The Matrix, as you get to see others as their digital self. You can upload fashion using a template that can be altered in Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, you can upload video using Poser, you can upload your own music if you create it, and you can make your own textures to use on your own projects. The objects that you model can be scripted and they have their own scripting to use and learn with codes to help out novice users. The name of my character is Sqzinator Weyland.
Here is the hover craft that I created. A single seater, non combat.
Here is the vehicle that I am working on. Often while working on models individuals approach me for help or pointers on creating their objects. that is usually how i make friends. You can ask a person for friendship, then every time you are logged on you can view your list of friends and IM them or send them a text message. You can even teleport to their location.
These are pictures of a home that I am working on. It is a bit large and spacious with lots of room for the creation of antiques and valuables. You can also fly at any time in the game.
Here is my other home that I am building. It is alot more comfortable and practicle. It is still in wood frame form. The finished product will be added later.
These are two transports that two different guys gave to me as friendship tokens in exchange for info on building items. I have become very good at creating things in a short time, as where others who do not 3D Model outside of the game take a longer time to learn the in-game software. Scripting is something that I do not have much experience with and I am on the lookout for script writers so that I can exchange my modeling skills ans build custom objects for script lessons. There are online chatrooms for almost anything going on in the game.
What's the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?
Submitted by Megan.
The weirdest thing that I have ever eaten is not so weird to me now. Raw Oysters, fried oyster cakes and Oyster Stew in which I make a kick ass oyster stew thanks to my former Jedi Training.
Have you ever heard of this game, which alot more than a mere RPG? I've been playing this thing called second life online where you get to use their 3D modeler to build your items, your home, the clothes that you wear, and even accessories and costumes. They have a special scripting language that you can choose to try to learn if you are a 3D modeler. You get to have a job, own property, go to clubs, interact with others using a text message system and there could be up 250 thousand people online at once. Imagine a world like the Matrix except you are not plugged in physically. You can also fly. I meet people when I am building my objects. They usually see what I am creating and spark up conversation. I have gone to different peoples homes to see what they have accomplished and made a couple of friends. People are from around the world. If you are good, you can bring your talent into the game and actually connect with other professionals in the real world who offer the same services in Second Life. There are also Educators, trainers, and now they are about to get into virtual classes in specially located areas. you can only fight people in specific areas designated for violence. You can actually design clothes and sell them in you shop in world to put money in the bank to pay your own bills and exopenses in the game. There are real businesses who sell their virtual items and offer discounts for their real online stores. i am trying to hook up with designers and scripters who actually make real income from the game because you can convert your earned game money into real US Dollars using special online currencey excanges. it's pretty deep. Go research it and check it out. You can upload your textures for your 3D creations, upload your music, jpegs, videos, and real life DJ's who built an own clubs for real and in second life play music on special event days via some kinda broadcast which attracts all kinds of wild people to the online club. CRAZY.
